On Sunday 11th August we held our annual George Stanley Moore Bowls Doubles Tournament at Bretherton Bowling Club.
A huge thank you to everyone who came along to support George’s 10th annual charity bowls doubles tournament!
George certainly made sure the sun was shining on us all ☀️
A massive thank you to everyone who took part, baked cakes, donated raffle prizes, came along to watch and donate and help us out it really does mean so much 🙏🏼
Congratulations to Graham Whittle and his grandson Tom who were our winning doubles this year (marking Grahams second consecutive win) and well done to our runners up Tom and Phil 👏🏻
We miss and wish George was with us still every single day but especially days like today show us how much he was loved and is remembered by so many of you too 💙
